Crafting actionable websites, brochures, video, games, etc -- information -- is an art, creating actionable information on demand is a science and this is where people learn that science.
Crafting actionable information requires understanding
- Whether an audience needs to be Pushed or Pulled into taking action
- How much Push and Pull is required
- When to shift from Push to Pull and vice versa
- How to use Push and Pull techniques to lead audiences where you want them to go
- Creating the Dance

Push and Pull are concepts taken from Neuroscience and related disciplines and applied to creating actionable content regardless of medium. Masters of the art know how to draw their audience into one topic ("Pull") and away from others ("Push"). Most often creating Push and Pull content happens without people knowing it. People will create content using their own thoughts regarding best colors, copy, headlines, teasers, ... but without audience understanding, their creative efforts Push the audience away instead of Pulling them in. What's important is not that you Pull or Push, but that you know when to use either or both to achieve your goals. This class provides the tools to apply the science to the art you already have.
