Know How Someone Is Thinking in 10 Seconds or Less Training

As a frequent speaker I have developed my own presentation style - for good or bad. Spending time with Joseph was an opportunity to gain unbiased, honest and understand the inner-rooted explanations of why I do things the way I do. His explanations and his tips stick so well that ever since, I find myself inherently thinking about movement, breathing, tone and emotions that differentiates dull presentations from memorable ones.

Of all the tips and tricks that I learned, none proved more effective than the many I received from Mr. Carrabis in regards to the tone, inflection and proper nomenclature to be used in my pitch to the client. In fact, after one specific sitting with him I was able to improve my results 500%.

My "Know how someone is thinking" training was life altering. I was initially concerned I wouldn’t remember what I'd learned, but to my delight, a year later, I've noticed that I'm even more skilled at reading people's micro-expressions than I was immediately after the training. I have used the knowledge in various circumstances to my advantage; be it new business pitches, presentations to large and small audiences, negotiations with clients, management of my staff, as well as general interpersonal relationships. Knowing what they are thinking allows me to tailor myself and my communication to the needs of the situation be it putting someone at ease, or putting myself in a position of authority. I would and have, recommended this to anyone in a leadership, management or a sales position.

I was lucky enough to receive the NextStage "Know How Someone Is Thinking" training earlier this year. It completely changed how I see the world and how I interact with people, both on a business and personal level. Knowing how people are feeling and thinking allows me to not only see a much bigger picture of any conversation, but also to be able to respond to them in ways that are much more impactful. This training truly opened a my eyes to a whole new world of human behaviour and motivation and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to be a more effective communicator.

First - I really enjoyed our time together and learned a ton. ... seeing your insights in action (especially with the relationship website and some of your ideas on how to present copy, deal with someone who is in pain, remove blame by replacing "your relationship" with "the relationship" - that was really cool. ... my favorite part of the time was discussing male vs. female humor. ... Considering so many advertisers use humor in their ads, this is a super relevant subject. ... You were very generous with your time.
